Returns
Thank you for shopping at Dream Outdoor Living Limited. In the event of a refund the following policy shall apply;
Subject to these terms, we offer FULL refunds on the purchase of FAULTY goods but not on the provision of services. Our returns period lasts for 14 days after you receive any item. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Where items have been made or personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, SALE, or personalised items cannot be refunded. Sorry, we can’t CANCEL ORDERS in the middle of it being sent. You will have to wait for its arrival before you start a refund process. Goods must be returned within 14 days and in the same packaging, condition as sent.

Please make sure your free returns labels is clearly put on the outside of your returned items, This applies to smaller items only.
Larger or personalised items will incur a fee unless faulty.
Faulty items
We aim to make sure your items arrives quickly and in tact. Sometimes in the event of this not happening we ask you to send an email to; ([email protected]) stating the problem and a photo where possible. We will then arrange for a further item to be dispatched as quickly as possible (subject to availability).
